Trina received her qualifications from the University of South Australia in Adelaide, Australia. She specializes in pain management and mobility using posture, alignment and movement correction. She has over 20 years of experience and training having worked in Singapore, U.S. and Canada. Her fascination with movement come from a history of dance, gymnastics, and figure skating.
